Kenny has been amazing working with me helping me decide whether to purchase LVP or carpet to go in one of my bedrooms. After several months, I finally decided to purchase carpet due to the LVP in my house was discontinued. Kenny ordered several samples for me, but I just couldn’t make up my mind. Kenny also ordered several carpet samples until I found one that I absolutely love. I also had a problem with my LVP. A seam in one of the boards split. Kenny came to my house and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. Wayne and Chris came over took out all the old carpet, installed the new pad and carpet in no time at all. They also fixed the LVP. They cleaned everything up. Both of them were so nice. They answered any questions my husband or I had about the carpet. Kenny and his team provided us with great customer service. I definitely recommend FloorCraft and I will use them again when I have my hall bathroom remodeled. This is a great company and the prices are very fair.
